A Mixed-Use Urban Marvel (14 storied with 3 basement)
Location: Zakir Hossain Road, Khulshi, Chattogram, Bangladesh.
Located at 1627 Zakir Hossain Road in Khulshi, Chattogram, Rahim's Plaza de CPDL is an iconic 14-storied with 3 basement in a 10.5 katha land mixed-use development by CPDL that seamlessly blends commercial and residential spaces with contemporary design. Situated on a prime plot with an 80-foot-wide main road in front and a 20-foot-wide side road, this project optimizes accessibility and functionality, catering to the diverse needs of urban dwellers and businesses.
Design Overview
The building comprises three distinct zones:
Commercial (Ground to 7th Floor): The lower floors house vibrant commercial spaces designed for retail, offices, and showrooms. With a grand entry facing Zakir Hossain Road, this zone ensures maximum visibility and accessibility, making it an ideal hub for business and commerce.
Residential (8th to 14th Floor): The upper floors are dedicated to residential apartments, offering a serene and private living environment. Residents enjoy a separate entry from the 20-foot side road, leading to a well-appointed reception and lift lobby at the ground level for exclusivity and convenience.
Basements and Rooftop Facilities: Three levels of basement parking ensure ample space for vehicles, addressing the needs of both residents and commercial visitors. The rooftop features community facilities, providing a shared space for relaxation and events, enhancing the sense of community.
