Studio 16 Architects presents a contemporary G+6 (7-storied) mixed-use building designed as a multifunctional civic and hospitality landmark for SMKK, Bagerhat. The project integrates community, training, accommodation, and dining within a single cohesive architectural expression.

This mixed-use development is planned to serve as a vibrant hub—supporting SMKK’s institutional activities while offering public amenities and premium hospitality spaces.
